Milan Fashion Week | Dolce & Gabbana SS 2012

Bread , Love and the “Italian Beauty” within a frame of lights that brings to mind the parties of the South, Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce showed A Real Life portait of the Italian joyful spirit , It started with The “Mambo Italiano” by Sofia Loren, a series of bustier dresses printed with the ingredients of The Mediterranean cuisines down to the crochet that embellishes tablecloths. The show made Us feel and See The Italian Streets , fragrances and taste The Mediterranean food. 

Dolce & Gabbana Spring Summer 2012 collection took us in a small town in the South of Italy , Where A cheerful and energetic femininity invades the Town with colors and seduction. Tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, Printed on dresses, shorts, culottes, full-circle skirts and snug little dresses , made us feel the warmth and the kindness Of The Italian culture. The young lady that wears a suit, overcoat, dress, and shorts in pastels with buttons decorated in crystals. The Black Lace, rich in dresses , decor and embroid-ered or trimmed in nappa leather. the colors ranged from black, red, yellow, cream, dark violet, green, orange, pink To pale blue, peach, gold and nude. Then our Favorite an interval of transparent pvc , the designers showed it worn over lingerie and over dresses. The show ended with pieces in tulle and chiffon embroidered in crystal with same Colors of the lights , then for the closure a Stand ovation,with bustiers embroidered in gems, sequins, and crystals that shine like fireworks. 

We Loved The Dolce & Gabbana Signature 50s silhouettes with fitted waists and bodices in the dresses. The Collection also Had Fitted little dresses and tops, straight embroid-ered dresses, Oversized overcoats and box jackets ,Using Fabrics Like lace, chiffon, tulle, brocade, cotton-organza mix, crochet and PVC .

The Designers Completed The Looks with accessories made of pasta and little tomatoes, onions and small Madonnas that decorate shoulder bags, earrings, necklaces and bracelets.Rattan and Embroidered lace bags, Chest bags in golden rattan. Sandals and mary-janes with golden heels, colored PVC bags, Miss Sicily crochet with tassels. Gold-plated resin bijoux.
